Why I wear knit gloves ?
If you have a powerball and want an extra edge in your NSD powerballing experience. I can recommend you to wear knit gloves. Just remove the rubberband that is around the NSD Powerball and go.
The reason that I do this is because the NSD Powerball will slip more easily in your grip. This results in the need of a more firm pinching grip to hold your NSD Powerball. I use the NSD powerball without gloves to , but that tends not to work out the crush and pinching grip as much as the more slippery glove excersices. When I want to work out the palm -gloves. When I want to work out the forearms -no gloves.

Personnaly I never use gloves and i also feel my grip strength improving...
I think it's better to get used to not using gloves, you have a better "feeling" of the powerball's motion I think :)
